Cell Phone in Stall -- Such Talent

Seriously? Why? Why is it necessary that the disgusting fowl woman currently sitting on the toilet in the handicap stall (who, by the way is not handicapped at all) of the 9th floor lavatory located at 999 Ponce de Leon Blvd is yapping away on her cell phone while taking what smells like a ____?!

I just do not get it.
Did someone tell her that is acceptable?
And who is she talking to while doing her business?
Does that person know the shiz she is up to?
Is that person cool with hearing her funky sounds?

While I am not quite sure what she is speaking of since it is in Miami native tongue (Espanol) I can only pick up bits and pieces. To the best of my knowledge Dirty Woman is conversing about her dinner recipe... arroz con pollo. She mentioned something about her mamas recipe pero this one is mejor. Eww.

I want to hurl;
